BODY FREEDOM FOR EVERY(BODY)
An image from my ongoing project True American is featured in the exhibition BODY FREEDOM FOR EVERY(BODY), which champions bodily autonomy with a focus on intersecting themes of Reproductive Justice, Queer Liberation, and Trans Joy through contemporary art. This traveling exhibition showcases the work of over 100 artists, reinforcing community, creating safe spaces, and cultivating joy across the country. It responds to the growing conservative efforts to politicize queer liberation and restrict reproductive and gender-affirming healthcare, emphasizing the right to safe, legal, and accessible healthcare that empowers individuals to live with agency and choice.
